TERMS OF SERVICE

This Work Terms of Service ("Commission TOS") applies to all commissions, orders, projects, and requests placed through VForge, including through the VForge website, Vgen, email, and DMs. This page includes information derived directly from the Official VForge Terms of Service, but summarized to be easy to read.By submitting a commission, request, or order through VForge, you agree to these Terms and to the full VForge Terms of Service, which act as the governing agreement.

Step 1: Before Requesting

1. Contact VForge via our website, email: [email protected] or our official social media.2. All VForge Project communications must go through VForge, NOT individual members.3. You may request a specific member or specific service. If a service is selected and a member is not selected, requests will be assigned to the member best suited for the job.4. Include all required details listed on the service you have selected, when submitting your request.5. All delivery timelines will be provided at the time of project approval and are estimates unless otherwise stated.6. Delays caused by Client non-responsiveness, additional revision requests, or changes in scope may extend the delivery timeframe.7. Payments are made through PayPal, unless otherwise approved.8. Full payment is required before work begins, unless a payment plan is arranged.9. Payment must be completed within 5 days of the invoice or the commission may be canceled.

Step 2: During Project

1. All communication will be through official VForge channels only.2. Please stay responsive to avoid delays.3. No response for 10 days may result in commission cancellation.4. Clients may request cancellation at any time. Once work has begun.5. Revisions are limited to what is listed in the service details.6. VForge may cease communications with a client at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Harassment, racism, sexism, homophobia, vulgarity.
- Non-responsiveness, lack of communication, and other similar actions.7. Requests or changes outside the original agreed scope are not considered revisions and may require additional fees or a new commission agreement.

Step 3: After Project

1. When posting finished work, credit VForge in the same post (e.g. VForge – Member Name).2. VForge may feature completed work for promotion and portfolio, with proper credit.3. Refunds of any other type may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of VForge, refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed based on work completed.4. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting VForge may result in immediate termination of services, revocation of usage rights, and blacklisting.5. Final commission deliverables will only be sent from an official VForge account.6. Revisions requested after completion may incur additional fees.

Policies and Rights

1. VForge Media shall not be used in the creation of NFTs, cryptocurrency related projects, AI training, datasets, or generation.2. VForge Media shall not be used commercially without the express written consent of VForge and the relevant Member. (This does not include use for streaming, non promotional social media posting, or video content creation).3. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VForge and the assigned Member retain ownership of the work. Clients may use their commission for approved uses within their license (Personal, Monetized, or Commercial).4. The buyer is responsible for all taxes and handling fees associated with any transactions.5. Violation of these Terms of Service may result in blacklisting and potential legal repercussions depending on the severity.
