Founded in October 2025, VForge is a growth & content production agency focused on social media creators. We are an agile team of specialists working on every aspect of content creation. As one of the first teams in the Vtuber and creator space to lead with strategy, we diagnose exactly what is holding your channel back before we touch a single edit. Our team has built proprietary systems engineered to optimize and scale creator production.Rather than taking every project and stretching ourselves thin, we've repositioned around a premium, low volume model built for serious creators, VTubers, and businesses. Fewer clients mean real partnership, learning a channel's audience and voice well enough to make the calls the creator would make themselves. Strategy leads, craft follows.

Terms of Service
Agreement to Terms:
By accessing or working with VForge, you agree to be bound
by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VForge website and any content production, editing, thumbnail, or channel growth services provided by VForge LLC ("VForge," "we," "us," or "our"). By working with VForge, signing a statement of work, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Binding Agreement
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and VForge. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our our services. Where a separate signed agreement or statement of work exists between you and VForge, that agreement governs and controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to engage our services. By engaging us, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Description of Services
VForge creative and strategic services for social media platforms including but not limited to:
Production Services
Video editing
Thumbnail design and packaging
Script writing
Content repurposing across platforms
Strategy & Growth Services
Channel audits and performance diagnosis
Content and packaging strategy
Title, thumbnail, and positioning optimization
Ongoing production planning and cadence management
Engagement Structure
Services may be delivered on a per-project basis, as part of a bundle, or under an ongoing retainer, as specified in the applicable work agreement, statement of work, or invoice. The specific scope, deliverables, turnaround, and pricing for any engagement are defined at the time of booking and are not guaranteed by this general description.
3. Communication & Official Channels
Official Channels Only
All communication regarding an engagement must take place through official VForge channels only. VForge will never conduct business, request payment, or deliver work through unofficial, personal, or impersonating accounts.
Delivery of Work
Final deliverables are sent only from an official VForge account. If you receive a message, payment request, or file claiming to be from VForge through any other channel, treat it as unauthorized and contact us to verify before acting on it.
Responsiveness
You agree to stay reasonably responsive throughout an engagement. Timely feedback and approvals are required to keep your project on schedule, and delays in communication may extend delivery timelines and may result in cancellation. Clients have five (5) business days from the delivery of a video draft to request revisions. If no feedback is received within this window, the deliverable will be deemed automatically approved and complete.
4. Cancellation & Non Responsiveness
Client Requested Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation at any time. Once work has begun, cancellation does not relieve you of payment obligations for work completed or in progress, and any completed work will be assessed accordingly.
Non Responsiveness
If a client does not respond through official channels for a period of ten (10) days, VForge may treat the work agreement as cancelled. Work already completed up to that point remains subject to the payment and ownership terms of these Terms.
5. Payment, Refunds & Chargebacks
Fees & Invoicing
Fees are set out in your agreement, statement of work, or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due upon receipt, and ongoing retainers are billed in advance for each service period.
Taxes & Handling
The client is responsible for all taxes, handling fees, and transaction costs associated with any payment, unless otherwise required by law.
Late Payment
Invoices must be paid by the due date to avoid project delays. Late payments may result in paused work, delayed schedules, or withheld deliverables until the balance is settled in full. Where permitted by law, VForge reserves the right to bill for any work completed up to the current stage of the project.
Refunds
Deposits and fees for work already performed are non refundable. Any other refund may be considered on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of VForge. Refunds are not guaranteed and, where granted, will be assessed based on the work already completed.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting VForge to resolve the matter is a breach of these Terms. Doing so may result in immediate termination of services, revocation of any usage rights or license granted to you, blacklisting from future engagements, and recovery of amounts owed.
6. Intellectual Property, Ownership & Licensing
Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VForge retains ownership of all work produced. Clients do not acquire ownership of the work produced by VForge. Instead, clients receive a license to use their deliverables for approved uses within the license tier they have purchased.
License Tiers & Usage
Organic & Monetized Use. Unless otherwise specified in the project agreement, all deliverables include an Organic & Monetized License. Client may publish, stream, and monetize the deliverables on all organic (unpaid) social media channels for brand growth and content creation purposes.
Paid Promotions & Paid Advertising. Deliverables may not be used as paid advertising creatives (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, PPC) or for resale/distribution to third parties without the express written consent of VForge and payment of the applicable commercial ad license fee.
Your Content
Clients retain 100% of all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and ownership in and to all raw footage, logos, trademarks, owned images, and other source owned materials provided to VForge for the purpose of the Services ("Client Materials"). Agency claims no ownership over Client Materials.
Portfolio & Promotion
Client grants Agency a non exclusive, perpetual, royalty free license to feature any completed or publicly published video deliverables, statistics, or analytics screenshots on VForge's website, social media channels, and marketing materials solely for portfolio, case study, and promotional purposes. Unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or confidentiality arrangement is executed by both parties, this section shall be superseded by the terms of that agreement.
Prohibited Uses of VForge Media
VForge Media may not be used in the creation of NFTs, cryptocurrency-related projects, or for AI training, datasets, model input, or AI generation of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
Services Provided "As Is"
Services and deliverables are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. VForge does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to view counts, subscriber growth, engagement rates, revenue, or algorithmic performance. Creator results depend on many factors outside our control.
No Liability for Indirect Damages
VForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities, arising from your use of our services or website.
